Crytek respects your privacy and understands the importance
of protecting your personal data. We will only collect personal data that we
need to in order to fulfill your requests and/or our contractual obligations. If
we change our Privacy Policy—which you will find in full detail below—we will
post those changes here so that you always know what personal data we collect,
how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose that personal
data.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any
time, but if we make material or significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we
will notify you. Revisions to terms affecting existing Crytek services shall be
effective thirty (30) days after publishing. Your continued use of Hunt: Showdown
signifies your acceptance of the changes to our Privacy Policy.

II. Personal Data Collected By Crytek
In terms of Art. 4
No. 1 GDPR Personal data includes any information relating to an identified or
identifiable natural person (“data subject"); an identifiable natural person is
one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference
to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an
online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical,
physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that
natural person. When you purchase, access, and play Hunt: Showdown, Crytek may collect personal data as follows:
-Steam ID
-Steam Player Name
-IP address
-Game use, including all player actions, location on the
game map during a game, gaming results, and information regarding your gaming
account (e.g. hunter equipment, XP, purchases)
-Hardware information (computer, hardware, software,
platform, media, and mobile device)
- Anti-cheat controls (monitoring your computer, analyzing
Hunt: Showdown binaries, and scanning the memory of the computer)
We may also collect other non-personal information such as feature usage, game play statistics and scores, user rankings, and click paths.
III. How Crytek Uses Your personal data
Crytek uses your personal data to operate Hunt: Showdown. Mostly the
personal data mentioned above is necessary to perform our contracts with you
and Steam/Valve in terms of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Other personal data is used
to improve the user experience within hunt and therefore a legitimate interest
in terms of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Crytek needs your Steam ID in order to verify your purchase
(and thus permissions to play) Hunt: Showdown. Your IP address is used in order
to establish a connection to the game servers. Your player data—such as in-game
location or shots fired—is used to run the game. Additional in-game information
is used to provide you with your match stats and generally maintain your player
account. This information also helps us to recreate your account in the case of
a crash or error. Computer and other hardware specs are used by our development
team to further optimize the game. Anti-cheat controls are provided by a third
party (EasyAntiCheat) located in Finland and are necessary to detect and
prevent in-game cheating, which in forbidden by our terms and conditions. You will find more information about the

IV. Will Crytek transmit my personal data to third parties?
Crytek will not transmit your personal data to third parties
unless it is necessary according to the law or in order to fulfill your
contract. Personal data are transmitted to the following external service
providers : Steam operated by Valve Corporation, P.O. Box 1688, Bellevue, WA
98009, USA -

and EasyAntiCheat Oy, Itämerentori 2, 00180 Helsinki, FinlandIn these cases,
the scope of the transmitted data is always restricted to the necessary
minimum. Any service providers that come in contact with your personal data are
required to comply with the same relevant data protection regulations. Upon
request we may provide copies of relevant contract unless it is prohibited by
contractual obligations and/or applicable law.
V. Where is the Personal data held?
Crytek is a global organization, and Hunt: Showdown is
available to players all over the world. In order to organize the data
management of Hunt: Showdown in the most effective way, we established our main
data center in the USA. All above mentioned data will be stored in this main
data center. The data center itself is run by our hosting service LeaseWeb
Deutschland GmbH, Kleyerstraße 75-87, 60326 Frankfurt am Main. Depending on the
server region you choose your data may also be transferred to servers in other
countries. These game servers are run by our German hosting provider: LeaseWeb.
VI. How long is your personal data stored?
For as long as you own and can play Hunt: Showdown we will
store your data.
VII. Your Rights
At any time you have the right to:
-Request a copy of the data we have stored for your person, for
the receiver or category of receivers of your transmitted personal for the
purpose of storing.
-Request that your data be deleted or corrected, in the case
that you have changed your mind or the data is incorrect (as far as possible
according to applicable law).
- Object to the further processing or demand a restriction concerning the processing of your personal data
-Request to port your personal data.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
